Your Responsibilities As a Senior Software Engineer of Precision Ag Reprogramming, for the John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG-Urbandale), you will be the technical lead for software to support reprogramming of enterprise-wide products. Lead technical development in the designing, developing, and testing of software Participate in functional requirement and test plan analysis to drive improvements in system and software implementation as well as quality. Operate in a Scrum team environment on varying projects with direction from a project lead(s). Analyze medium to high complexity customer needs and requests to help formulate plans for execution with minimal supervision. Provide product support of the system. What Skills You Need 5
Years of experience in delivering QT based C+
applications. 5
Years of experience in Python development Demonstrated technical leadership in designing systems Demonstrated coaching and mentoring to helping other team members grow 5 years experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software 5 years experience in CAN communications What Makes You Stand Out Experience in serving as the primary Technical Lead for a software development team. Experience leveraging AWS services Experience in security, networking, or telematic related technologies. Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
